The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com from 17 June 2026 to 8 July 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 8 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment. A written offer is binding and will be subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that the contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, as a rule, be the person whose bid is accepted in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on another’s behalf, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, in accordance where applicable with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and related or pre-sale actions must be filed within three weeks of the sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sale decision.
