The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 13 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the escrow account use reference number RF82 3560 0001 0852 53. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer may be granted up to six weeks' extension for payment of the remaining purchase price if necessary. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the full purchase price for the payment period. The annual interest under section 3(2) is currently 3.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The written offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic-bid system. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 9 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address below

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.
