The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com 12/06/2026 - 08/07/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends 08/07/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase system. The offer must be submitted no later than 06/07/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 12/06/2026 - 08/07/2026. The sale period ends 08/07/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increase automation.

The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority/Realisation no later than 06/07/2026 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to submit the bid.
