Seized detached house property in Vantaa, Vantaa

The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 18 June 2026 and 13 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting offers ends on 13 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and sold by the enforcement officer by a free sale in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

The property is seized and is sold privately under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms.
