Seized real estate with buildings, Äänekoski

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 15 June 2026 and 8 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Payment terms

Deposit

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted as highest. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

Payment period

A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if needed. The payment period will be notified separately. If a payment period is granted, annual interest will be charged on the full purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period, from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out.

Other information

The asset is seized and sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The State has a pre-emptive right to purchase the property if the acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or for the supervision or protection of territorial integrity (Act on the State's pre-emptive right in certain areas 29 March 2019/469).

Persons from outside the EU and EEA may acquire real estate in the territory of the State of Finland only if a permit is granted (Act on the permit requirement for certain acquisitions of real estate 29 March 2019/470). Appeals

An enforcement appeal against the sale and actions relating to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of the sale. The appeal instruction will be attached to the sale decision.
