Seized high-rise two-room apartment in Kakola, Turku, Turku

The property is sold in an online auction held on the site www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 13 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately after acceptance of the bid pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted.

If necessary, payment time for the remaining purchase price may be granted until 10 August 2026. Any payment extension must be separately agreed. If an extension is used, annual interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act shall be payable on the whole purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the object number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and follows the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 9 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance, as applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax of 1.5% is calculated on the total of the purchase price and the liabilities transferred to the buyer, based on the date of transfer of ownership, and is payable by the buyer.

Ownership of the shares and the deed will be transferred to the buyer only after the sale decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
