Seized undeveloped lakeside property in Pälkäne, Pälkäne

The lot will be sold by bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 7 July 2026 and 20 August 2026. The bidding deadline ends at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 18 August 2026 at 14:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms provided for in the Enforcement Code.
