Seized property with buildings in Suolahti, Äänekoski

The item is sold by increasing bids on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held between 15 June 2026 and 8 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The time limit for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Payment terms

Deposit

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's escrow account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest bid which has been accepted. The maker of the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the maker of the highest bid will be regarded as the buyer.

Payment period

A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price if necessary. The payment period will be notified separately. If a payment period is granted, annual interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act is payable on the whole purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

If a payment period is not granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.

If payment is not made within the time specified, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out.

Other information

The property is seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Code of Enforcement.

The buyer is responsible for any fees relating to the transfer of connection contracts.

Buyers are advised to acquaint themselves thoroughly with the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid.

The State has a right of pre-emption in the sale of the property if acquisition of the property is necessary to ensure national defence, border control or border security or to secure or safeguard territorial integrity (Act on the State's right of pre-emption in certain areas 29.3.2019/469).

Persons outside the EU and EEA may acquire real property in the territory of the State of Finland only with a permit (Act on the requirement for a permit for certain acquisitions of real property 29.3.2019/470). Appeals

An enforcement complaint concerning the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.
