The deadline for submitting offers ends on 23 August 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum offer amount and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 19 August 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold by online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 23 August 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 19 August 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
