The object is sold in an online auction with bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 9 July 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system recognises as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bid increment system. The offer must be submitted no later than 7 July 2026 at 16:15 in writing to the Enforcement Authority’s Raahe office (Kummatinkatu 6, 92150 Raahe), by post to Ulosottolaitos, PL 1, 00067 ULOSOTTOLAITOS, or by e-mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The person submitting the written offer is responsible for ensuring it arrives by the deadline. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the auction item number on huutokaupat.com.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, complying with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will notify the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer pays the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. When the payment is visible on the account, the enforcement officer issues the sales decision, which is delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price straight away.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest is payable on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.
