The object is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 20 May–15 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
The property is attached and sold under the bailiff’s supervision in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The bailiff will inform the highest bidder whether the offer can be accepted. If the offer can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's designated account. Once the payment is visible on the account, the bailiff will issue the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.
Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted from the sales decision. In that case annual interest is payable on the whole purchase price for the whole payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted time, annual default interest will be charged; the current rate is 9.50%.
Buyer’s liabilities and claims related to the sold property
On transfer of title, the buyer must pay the transfer tax of three per cent proactively when applying for title and at the latest within six months of making the deed of sale. The buyer is responsible for title registration costs and the transfer tax.
The State has a pre-emptive right to acquire the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or for monitoring or securing territorial integrity (Act on the State's Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas 29.3.2019/469).
Certain foreign persons may acquire real estate in Finland only with permission (Act on the State's Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas 29.3.2019/470).
If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the bailiff. The written bid will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid in the incrementing-bid system. The written bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
