The seized shares of As-Oy Satokennäs numbers 1962–2376 are sold by online auction on the Huutokaupat.com website between 8 June 2026 and 28 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The shares entitle the holder to occupy flat A7, 3 rooms + kitchen, 74.5 m² at Ukontie 21, Viitasaari.
The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 8 June 2026 and 28 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid for the automatic bid increment. The written
offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Jyväskylä office, address Vapaudenkatu 54, Jyväskylä, or by e‑mail to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the announced payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.
The balance of the purchase price may, if necessary, be granted up to six weeks' payment time. Any payment period will be notified separately. If payment time is granted, annual interest pursuant to section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.
If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.
If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been completed. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.
Buyer’s obligations and rights transferred to the buyer
Buyer’s personal liability for the previous owner’s unpaid charges
The flat has been taken into the possession of the housing company. To end the possession, the buyer must pay the claims giving rise to the possession totalling €4,675.14 as of 5 June 2026. The amount will change over time.
Shares of the housing company loan relating to the flat
In addition to the cash purchase price, the buyer will be responsible for the housing company loan share relating to the flat totalling €8,443.00 as at 31 December 2025. The loan share remains the buyer's responsibility and is not paid from the purchase price. The loan share can be paid via the monthly maintenance charge. The buyer must take care of the obligations related to the flat himself/herself. Bids in the online auction should take these matters into account.
Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.
