The object will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 29 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

The object is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale conducted on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 29 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If needed, the remaining purchase price may be given a payment period of three weeks. Interest will be charged on the payment period at the annual rate set in section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The current annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies.

The asset has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the object for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the object. Buyers should therefore inspect the object before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership and the deed will be delivered to the buyer only after the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
