Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of real estate must be executed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The date and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is to be paid at the signing. The fee for the conveyancer/confirmation official will be shared equally between seller and buyer. Completion no later than Mon 15/06/2026.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction. A penalty of 4% of the purchase price applies if the buyer or seller withdraws from the sale.
