Seized property in Raisio, Raisio

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 15/06/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 15/06/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to purchaser liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Execution of Judgments Act.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The balance of the purchase price may, if necessary, be granted up to six weeks' payment time. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the full purchase price for the payment period. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase function. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Execution of Judgments Act.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed is delivered to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
