The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the period 27 May–16 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16 June 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If no such statement is made, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
