The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 20 May 2026 – 16 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the agreed purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The maker of the highest bid must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the maker of the highest bid will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code where relevant.
