Seized property in Paimio, Paimio

The property is sold in an online auction held on the site www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 11 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the online site www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 11 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must, immediately after acceptance of the offer, pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If required, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. During the deferred payment period the buyer must pay interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and follows the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 9 June 2026 at 16:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by way of free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are strongly advised to inspect the property carefully and to study the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the property for sale. Prospective buyers should therefore examine the property before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will acquire title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
