Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by handing the seller an offer on site. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection

The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information which the seller knows and which can be expected to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee of the transaction confirmer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. Completion must take place by Monday 15/06/2026.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale. Penalty: 4% of the purchase price, payable by both buyer and seller if the sale is cancelled.
