The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 29 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the balance of the purchase price. Any payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price for the agreed period in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act, from the sale date until the payment deadline.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a buyer candidate may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic bid augmenter. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registering title and for the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only after the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
