The property is sold by incremental bids in an online auction hosted at www.huutokaupat.com. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 11 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number concerned. The written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 9 June 2026 at 16:15 to the Enforcement Authority’s Oulu office, Torikatu 34–40, 90100 OULU, or by e‑mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The asset is attached by execution and will be sold by private sale arranged by the bailiff in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Execution Act and, as applicable, the general auction terms of the Execution Act.

Payment terms:

The bailiff will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account by bank transfer. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the bailiff will issue a sales decision which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price from the sales decision. In that case, annual interest on the whole purchase price is payable for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the payment period expires. The reference rate is currently 2.50 %. If payment is not made within the granted period, annual default interest will be charged thereafter at the current rate of 9.50 %.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer shall pay default interest in accordance with Section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been completed.

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the item in Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies.
