Bids are for the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. The sales prospectus sets out the obligations and rights that transfer to the buyer and provides information on any company loan shares, unpaid housing charges or other receivables that the buyer will be responsible for or must pay to obtain possession of the flat.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
