The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 13 March–1 April 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has recorded as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com reference number of the lot to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and is sold by the bailiff by an unfettered sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.
