Seized detached house property (0.298 ha), Joensuu Eno (Kuusijärvi), Joensuu

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 20 March 2026 and 10 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be entered into the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid increment automation. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 8 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu (open on weekdays 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.
