The object will be sold by competitive bidding on the internet auction organised on the website www.huutokaupat.com

in the online auction held between 19 March 2026 and 9 April 2026. Participation in the auction

requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 9 April 2026 at 14:00

or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offered bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The offer must be submitted no later than 8 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at the address below:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to bid via Huutokaupat.com, the purchaser candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be linked to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 8 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address:

The asset has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

unless the buyer is exempt from paying the transfer tax.
