Seized detached house property in Kitee, Kitee

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 23 March 2026 and 13 April 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the Enforcement Authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 10 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Joensuu office, Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by e‑mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
