The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 9 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 9 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment function. The offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority in writing by 7 April 2026 at 12:00 to the following address:

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Therefore buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the property within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on a self‑assessed basis no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally binding and the purchase price has been paid in full.
