The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and following the Enforcement Code's general auction terms. Bids concern the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority in full. Any other obligations that the buyer will be responsible for are listed in the sales brochure under the section on obligations and rights that transfer to the buyer.
