Enforced forest property with chaga mushroom plantings, Lempäälä

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 6 October 2026 and 5 November 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority for Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the National Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

Up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price, if necessary. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest pursuant to section 3(2) of the Interest Act must be paid on the entire purchase price for the agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid. If payment is not made within the prescribed period, the buyer must pay default interest pursuant to section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been conducted.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 12:00 on 3 November 2026 to the National Enforcement Authority’s Tampere office, address Kelloportinkatu 5 A, 3rd floor, 33100 Tampere, or by email to erto.tampere.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.
