Bids are made by the given deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Information provided by the seller

Conclusion of the sale

Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising and other necessary measures related to the sale.
