Offers must be submitted by the given deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before submitting an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property in question, documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which may be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the authorised conveyancer is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale


A buyer who refuses to proceed with the sale is, on the basis of the Land Code, liable to compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising and other necessary actions related to the sale.
