The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or, at minimum, a 20% deposit of the purchase price. More detailed payment information will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the bid is accepted.
