Bids are submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by leaving a bid with the seller. The seller and the buyer agree to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The property sale must be executed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing meeting. The fee of the authorised conveyancer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force from time to time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising and other necessary measures related to the sale.
