Bids must be submitted by the stated time. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which may be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness shall be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising and other necessary measures related to the sale.
