Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer that the seller has accepted as the highest. You can also take part in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and the buyer undertake to enter all offers into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller confirms that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and which may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.
Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be executed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the time of the transaction. The fee for the authorised public conveyancer is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice applicable at the time.
Withdrawing from the sale
Under the Land Code, the party refusing to complete the sale must reimburse the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
