Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the seller. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by leaving a bid with the seller. The seller and the buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale


The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing meeting. The fee for the conveyance witness is paid equally by the seller and the buyer. The sale will primarily be completed through the property transaction service, £236 incl. title registration fee, the costs of which are borne by the buyer.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property, and other necessary actions related to the sale.
