Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property:
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller:
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and which may be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale:
The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The buyer pays the fee of the witness to the sale.

Other costs:
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, the cost of subdividing the parcel, as well as the property transaction service fee/the fee of the witness to the sale and the application for title registration.

Withdrawing from the sale:
A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
