Enforced sale of detached house property in Iisvesi, Suonenjoki, Suonenjoki

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 29.9.2026 and 26.10.2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 26.10.2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 22.10.2026 at 12:00 by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to Ulosottolaitos Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number of the online auction listing to which the offer is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other explanation.

Prospective buyers are advised to carefully familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal concerning the sale or any act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the sale date. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
