The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 6 November 2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer separately decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If it can be accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the National Enforcement Authority’s official client account. Once the payment is shown in the official client account, the enforcement officer will issue a sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit.

Payment period: A payment period may be granted for the remaining purchase price where necessary, but for no longer than six weeks from the sale decision. In that case, annual interest is payable on the full purchase price for the entire period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual late-payment interest will subsequently be charged. The late-payment interest rate is currently 9.50%.

Obligations and rights transferred to the buyer AND/OR receivables related to the property for sale

The sale may include a water connection. To transfer the water connection into their name, the buyer must pay Oulun Energia Kenve Oy any arrears relating to the connection. Arrears relating to the connection amounted to EUR 1,470.19 as at 12 October 2026.

The buyer is responsible for any fees charged for transferring connection agreements.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the National Enforcement Authority no later than 5 November 2026 at 5 November 2026 at the address National Enforcement Authority / Kemi office, Valtakatu 28, 94100 Kemi. A written bid is binding and subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the property in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
