Terms of sale

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. Further details are provided in the sales prospectus.

Bids are made for the purchase price payable to the National Enforcement Authority Finland. Any other obligations that become the buyer’s responsibility are set out in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights transferred to the buyer.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
