The property will be sold by auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 19/10/2026 and 09/11/2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 09/11/2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The enforced property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 09/11/2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period. If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increment mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 05/11/2026 at 12:00, at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online-auction bid. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.
