Enforcement-seized property (0.1791 ha) with buildings in Nostava, Hollola, Lahti

The deadline for submitting bids is 22 November 2026 at 18:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code. 

A written purchase offer for the property may also be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 12:00.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the bidding period.
