The property will be sold by bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 19 October 2026 to 9 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 9 November 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The foreclosed property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 9 November 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.
