The property will be sold in an online auction held on huutokaupat.com from 24/09/2026 to 25/10/2026. The deadline for bids is 25/10/2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid in the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. However, the enforcement officer may approve or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority no later than 22/10/2026 at 12:00 in writing to Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.

The item will be sold at online auction with incremental bids on www.huutokaupat.com during 24/09/2026 - 25/10/2026 until 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement authority no later than 22/10/2026 at 12:00, to Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
