Enforced sale of detached house property in Pomarkku, Pomarkku

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 29.9.2026-25.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 25.10.2026 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 23.10.2026 at 12.00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The sale period ends on 29.9.2026 - 25.10.2026 at 18.00 or 2 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid should be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 23.10.2026 at 12.00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves in order to submit the bid.
