As at the company’s financial year-end on 31.12.2025, the company’s account held approximately €39,000 in cash. At the time of sale, the estimated cash balance is approximately €40,000–€45,000. The sale includes the company’s assets and liabilities at the time of completion. The company has no loans or other interest-bearing debt.

Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Kipusiskot owns property 743-8-39-3, located at Höyhenviita 6 in the Kasperi district of the City of Seinäjoki, together with the single-storey terraced residential building on it. The building was completed in 1976 and renovated in 1996. The heating system is district heating with a water-circulating radiator system. The heat exchanger was replaced in 1996.
The building has a timber frame and is mainly brick-clad. The roof is a gabled roof with original mechanically seamed sheet-metal roofing. There is no underlay roof.
