The property will be sold by online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website by submitting bids during the period 8 July 2026–5 August 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increase system. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction's item number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, the purchaser and new owner will be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The asset is seized and sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, applying the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code where applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale or any action related to the sale or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
