The property will be sold by incremental bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 13 July 2026 – 10 August 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority; this will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.
A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as offers in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.
After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.
The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff under section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction conditions set out in the Enforcement Code.
