3 foreclosed properties sold as a single lot in Miehikkälä, Miehikkälä

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The properties are sold as a single lot. The sale is by ascending bids on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held from 28 July to 25 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 25 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the Enforcement Authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates. A written offer is binding and the same terms as the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kotka office, address Vuorikatu 5 C, 48100 KOTKA, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If necessary, payment time for the remainder of the purchase price may be granted until 15 September 2026. Any extension must be notified separately. If an extension is granted, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period from the sale date until the payment period ends.

If no extension is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been completed.
