The property will be sold by uplift bidding in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 28 July – 19 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19 August 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment.

The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com reference number of the lot concerned. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 18 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 JOENSUU (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00) or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Buyer’s liability to compensate

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
