The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 28/7/2026–19/8/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19/8/2026 at 12:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected. If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the increment mechanism.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the lot number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 18/8/2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 JOENSUU (open Mon–Fri 9:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to discontinue the sale or extend the sales period.

Buyer's liability for compensation

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid submitted is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
